    I know how this feels.

    I may not eat gluten but I still eat cake.

    It has been a good year for maple syrup; the sap still runs a bit and we have 5 gallons in the pantry for the coming year.

    It snows, but I have sparkly toes.

    this makes me happier than it should.

    red loves blue loves red.

    Spring, Time, Happiness, Legos

    ~~~~~
    Spring is here, SEE?
    We are feeling a  bit of the lingering winter CRAZIES and so we run about and shriek and giggle
    and twist ourselves into pretzel shapes for distraction.
    It is important to collapse in a heap of giggles
    or a victory stance
    (either way, it is Important)
    and a skyscraper and a life sized bed and a Lego laptop and a windmill and do we have enough pieces for the things he dreams about?
    I tell him yes,
    we have enough
    Pasta, by numbers
    her days are like this
    everything is cool, see?
    And This
    This
    And This
    All of which left me feeling like this
    “I want to think again of dangerous and noble things.
    I want to be light and frolicsome.
    I want to be improbable beautiful and afraid of nothing,
    as though I had wings.”
