It was great meeting you in “Person” at the NE Unschooling conference. You have a beautiful family and a beautiful garden. Thanks for taking time to chat with me. Great music! My chard is similarly bursting.
It was so nice meeting YOU and your amazing family! I want to send you a link to the pirate photos if you have not seen them, would you send me your email? Mine is juliepersons AT yahoo.com
perhaps we will meet again sometime if we are down your way or vice versa.
Ahhh… loverly… again!
Is that how brussle sprouts grow?!? I’ve always wondered. No one around here let’s me grow them. Beautiful as always. I had no idea you had been posting again.
@MooncatBlue - if they had their way, no-one around here would let me grow them either! However, they can have more say once THEY do all the weeding . The good thing is, they are all for me. Some people like to wait for the first frost to harvest some but I had them last night, braised in olive oil with garlic and they were divine.

Sounds divine! I love brussel sprouts. We’ve already come pretty close to first frost. It’s been an odd summer.
