I am still here doing this
My asthma has been bad this week; I hesistate to mention it as I feel that i am beating the horse that died ages ago but I still feel cruddy and the days pass and pass and pass. I am finally seeing the immunologist this week and have my fingers crossed that she can provide some insight and help.
I am ordering seeds today, this will be good. The kids are happy today and this will be good, too. We had plans for fun but I cancelled because of my breathing; however, Trev is taking them out for unknown adventures this afternoon and they are content. I am grateful for this.
this is still lovely
and this
You carry it with you, all of it.
some days it lifts you and some days it weighs you down.

Julie! I send you loving hope for the answers to your lack of breath. :birdie:
I hope you get some help and relief from your asthma soon.
I love the pic of roo drinking sap right from the tap…so cute! :big-smile:
so sorry your asthma is still hounding you. {{{hugs}}}
I hope you get some help for your asthma! I know what it’s like to be so short of breath…it can interfere with everyday life and that makes it rough. Have you tried an air-purifier like Alpine Air? They help some people ( me) and make some people worse. I’ll be coming into bad breathing time with the change of seasons, but it will pass. (((((HUGS))))
:camera: Love the pix as always….and btw get better :sicky:
I lurrrrrve the sap shots!!!!!!!!!!! And you’re felt photos are gonna drive me to a craft store (or Etsy!).
if you ever bottle and sell the maple syrup that pic of Roo should be the label!!!
I am reminded of the magical childhood your children are living when I see Roo testing the sap. So much room, trees, fun, with the freedom to explore and discover plus an incredibly creative and talented mom. It’s like a fantasy kingdom.
I sorry your breathing isn’t better and hope the new Dr. will be able to help you. Much positive energy and thoughts being sent your way.
Your picture and the leaf look perfect together! Wishing you relief right away. :whew:
I’m in the weighed down category right now. I hope your breathing improves! ((hugs))
I think we often take breathing for granted.
My thoughts are with you.
:birdie:

ps..the children have grown so…* time flies…they are beautiful children..look so happy..**
Have you tried wearing a disposable dust mask with your wool work yet?
It took a good long while for asthma to settle down for me. And it still surprises me, sometimes.
I love your writing style.
I feel as though I’m reading the memoirs of an extremely talented literary lyricist.
I hope the asthma gets better and the immunologist has some answers for you!
I am sorry you are feeling poorly. I hope you are able to get some help.
you know whats good for asthma?
well first you mix pickle juice with mustard, and add finely chopped olives (the green ones) and then you need a robins egg, from a nest on the north side of a spruce tree, and you mix it all up and then give it to the dog and see what happens. if the dog doesnt throw it up it might work.
try it, you never know..i think thats how they come up with our other medicines too.
your pics are great as usual, thanks for sharing granolagurl.
Those sap action shots are tittilating!
Hope you get the asthma under control soon. :so-sad:
Beautiful pictures. They always are, though. I pray your breathing is better soon.
I can’t wait for the pics of all the bottles lined up, filled with delectable maple syrup. Makes my mouth water just thinking of it.
About that pesky asthma…have you ever heard of EFT? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l-VDOGqmd4
I am a practitioner in training and would be willing to tap for you, but I need your permission first. LMK.
I do hope the immunologist can help. (((Hugs)))
Please feel better. Hugs, Lisa
I hope you figure out the asthma stuff now!
