That is one of my favorite quotes. I always think of it when we’re riding down the highway and I’m admiring the beautiful wildflowers.
inward… I love all of these but inward…
What a great way to take pics of lovely flowers! Reminds me of an art thing we used to do with apples…we had to eat them slowly, draw them, eat some more, draw some more…all this showing the apples in different ways. Kind of the same. You have different flowers than we have here! I’ve never seen those before! Very pretty colors! My favorite wildflowers here in the midwest are Queen Anne’s Lace, Black-eyed Susans and orange daylilies. Oh, and violets. P.S. I mentioned that I covet your clothesline on another blog…and I do!
Beautiful. You have such wonderful wild flowers in ME but I think you even make the weeds provoke a sigh. I agree that “inward” is my favorite. But would it be the same without looking outward first?
Those are gorgeous.
Lovely!
dragggging….in to say: hello friend! i have miss miss missed you…sounds like you are having a joyful summer…
Beautiful Julie. And I love that Emerson quote Maybe that’s why I’m so sad that caterpillars ate my delphiniums :so-sad: A little less laugh in the front of my house.
