A Hair Repair Affair
Miracle of Miracles!
~~~~~
Roo’s hair has been repaired!
After the hair cutting incident last week my first instinct was to take Roo to the salon and have her hair cut short, all pixie-like and blended. Trev, however, was hesitant about the idea because he adores her long locks and thought we should wait before doing anything drastic. A few days later, I decided to try evening it out in the back by thinning the cut area and laying it into what was left of her long strands to blend it all.
And it worked, it did!!
Before
After
(insert the sounds of angels singing, HERE.)
P.S. feeling kind of posty today, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
:dancingcow:
yay!!!!
Damn woman, that is impressive!
WOW!
come fix my hair?
I promise I’ll sit still and I won’t wiggle and I won’t turn around to talk to you every 30 seconds
and I won’t talk and talk and talk and not let you think and and and
seriously though, that is an incredible fix. I never would have thought of trying that.
Maybe it is a good thing I have 3 boys, eh?
Wow, That is truly impressive. I have seen the effects of many a little girls hair needing to be “fixed” after a self cut. I have never seen anyone accomplish keeping the length and having it look good. Well done Julie!! Honestly is there anything you can’t do? Ha ha.
Thanks for the supportive comment!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You did a great job,you could operate a side business for fixing children who fix themselves!!:dancingcow:
whoa. nice save, mom.
Where were you when my sister got ahold of my head…twice. Nice job.
Good work!
:celebrate:Way to go momma!!!:celebrate:
Very nice. But I can’t help but wonder what she would’ve looked like with a short cut. I’m sure it would’ve been cute.
whoa! you can do anything, Jules! Even make hair grow! You are amazing!
No, really, you are!
I mean it!
Really!
What a talent! I would have run off to the salon too.
wow, you did well!
:dancingcow:
Hooray!
Great job Julie–You’d never know that she was just a few snips shy of a pixie cut.
Amazing!
I’m glad, it looks GREAT!
Well done, Mamacita! Blessings abound
WOW! Who knew? I would have done the knee jerk trip to the salon cut it all off thing! But, as it turns out, like so many other times in my life, it is good to insert a pause. It’s all in the pause.
Wow! It looks excellent!
Girl- Brittney Spears needs you-NOW! A true miracle worker.
I don’t know how you did it, but it looks fantastic!
